Can we play the game while in different locations?
Absolutely! Paparazzoo is a digital escape room designed to be played online, whether you're in different locations or sitting together in one room.
What devices do we need, and how many?
Ensure a seamless experience by playing on at least two separate devices (laptops or desktops) with internet access and an internet browser (preferably Chrome). Please note that the game is not suitable for tablets or smartphones.
How do we communicate?
Communication is essential for a successful game. If not in the same room, set up a separate VoIP/video call before starting using any technology you prefer.
How does the purchasing process work?
Simply click on the "Play Now" button, enter a valid email address, and complete the payment. Upon successful payment, you'll receive a unique Event Code, allowing everyone in your group to enter the same game session.
Do I have to book a time slot?
No need! Once you've received the code, play at any time that suits your group.
Can we all actively participate?
Absolutely! Each player on their own device can independently interact with the game. Solving a puzzle advances the entire group, allowing you to progress together.
Can we continue our game at another time?
Certainly! Navigate back to the game website, enter your unique Event Code, and pick up where you left off.
What if we get stuck?
No worries! We've included a Hints page. The first hints are cryptic, preserving the fun, but if needed, feel free to ask for the answer.
Can I play the game solo?
Technically possible, as long as you use two separate devices (two browser windows on one device won't work).
Is the game available in other languages?
The game is currently available only in English.
Do you need any personal data, and what do you do with it?
For practical reasons, we need one email address to send the Event Code. No additional personal information is required, and we'll remove your email address from our database after one month.
Does the price include all taxes?
